When you send a request through this form, EnrollHere collects your name, work email, agency name, optional phone number, contact preference, and the details you write in the subject and description. We store it so a Customer Operations specialist can review and respond to you.

We use this information only to handle your request and to keep a record of the support we provided. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately opt in elsewhere.

Please do not submit passwords, one-time codes, payment-card numbers, health information, or other sensitive data. If you send them by mistake, tell us and we will remove them from the record.

Requests are visible to EnrollHere Customer Operations staff and are retained for as long as we need them for support history, account records, and legal obligations. To ask about, correct, or delete your information, email privacy@enrollhere.agency.
